I'm Hispanic and this is a somewhat regular name in Latin Countries. We pronounce it Jah-nee-rrah. The "R" is rolled. I also spell it "american english phonetic" like this: Jah-nee-tta. I find this is a much easier way for non-Hispanics to roll their R's.
