How to pronounce Tieghlor?

Ordinarily, this would be pronounced as "Tyler", but in our case, it is pronounced as "Taylor"... my daughters oldest son is Tyler, and Taylor, her daughter, it was supposed to be spelled Teighlor, but the e and i were reversed so it reads Tyler too.how can we fix this....I see great confusion and hassle in the upcoming years with school records,taxes,jobs,etc...
