How to pronounce Cecrle?

in the U.S., we pronounce our name Se 'kra lee; like "secre-tary." Family lore has it that the pronunciation was changed by a U.S. Army drill instructor on the occasion. Allegedly, some distant relative(s) emigrated to the United States from the old country to fight the Kaiser invasion. When they did not respond to the "American" pronunciation of their name, the D.I. is supposed to have told them that "in America, this is how your name is pronounced."
