If we were to respect an Indian accent (as is the sample) and put aside "pronounce-the-way-it's-written" attitude, in English, we would make an effort to say, "jai-poor"
However, as an english language native, I would naturally say, "jai- pir" as in fur.
Your average traveller would surely do the same. So you have 2 x pronunciations.
